Our recruitment process focuses on identifying talented and dedicated people who will fit in with the performance-driven culture at Mint.

We follow a recruitment process that evaluates and processes applications as quickly and as fairly as possible:



We look for evidence of academics and work experience relevant to our environment.
 
Your first interview will assess whether there is a fit between you, as an individual, and Mint, in terms of values, culture, expectations, goals and the work we do.
 
In these interviews people, your specific competencies and areas of expertise will be assessed in order to understand your suitability to Mint.
 
Psychometrics provide important predictive input into our selection process by giving insight into the personality and cognitive aspects of an individual.
 
By this stage, we will be looking at you for a particular role in our business.

The MD will assess recommendations and limitations to your employment, and you will be contacted with the outcome.
